1. Scope of these Terms

By using the website and submitting booking requests through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website to place requests.

2. Booking requests, availability, and confirmation

Booking requests submitted through the site are requests, not a guaranteed reservation. We will try to confirm your requested time, but confirmation depends on availability.

An appointment becomes confirmed only after we communicate confirmation to you (for example, by contacting you via the details you provide in the request and/or by redirecting you to the thank-you page as part of the booking flow).

We may offer alternative time slots if your requested time is unavailable.

3. Consumer rights and complaint/redress

As a service provider, we provide consumers with truthful information about services and maintain a complaint/redress path as required by Ukrainian consumer protection law. We handle requests and complaints within the procedure applicable under Ukrainian law.

4. Distance/e-commerce and electronic transaction terms

If you place an order or booking through online distance channels, the electronic transaction relationship is governed by the required information and e-contract rules applicable to electronic commerce.

5. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data you provide in the booking request in accordance with Ukrainian personal data requirements. Where applicable (for example, for appointment requests and any marketing-related actions), we ensure valid grounds for processing and/or consent as required.

If our website uses cookies that involve personal data, we disclose such use and provide appropriate handling under the personal data protection framework (including consent where required).

6. Service information, promotions, and pricing

Service descriptions, availability, and any presented pricing or promotional offers are provided with the accuracy required for consumer contexts. If promotions are shown on the website, they must comply with applicable advertising requirements, including currency and restrictions on invalid/incorrect advertising content.

7. User obligations

• Provide accurate information in booking requests.
• Use the website in good faith and do not attempt unauthorized access or disruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including communication failures, incorrect details provided by the user, or unavailability of the selected time slot.
